CLOTHING DONATION BIN AGREEMENT

1. This is to grant permission to Northwest Center exclusively to place clothing donation bin(s) at the location listed.

2. Northwest Center maintains responsibility for ownership of the Donation Bins placed on this property. NWC assumes liability for personal or property damage as a result of any negligence in handling or servicing Donation Bins on listed property.

3. Donation Bins can be removed upon the request of property management in writing or by the judgment of NWC, not later than ten (10) days after receipt of notification to remove.

4. Servicing of bins is on a regular scheduled basis or on call from property management. Service schedule will be adjusted to the needs of each location and volume. (Servicing of bins will be conducted as not to interfere with normal business activities).

5. Northwest Center may use the information below for materials such as press releases and newsletters as well as other media purposes including websites, and social media.
